TRAC Engine Ltd in Edmonton is a full-service engine machine shop, specializing in repairing, rebuilding and machining engines, cylinder heads and more. TRAC Engine Ltd came into existence when the owner bought an engine machine shop in 1990 and renamed it TRAC Engine Services Ltd. At the time, our owner was a heavy-duty mechanic with 18 years of experience and was already Interprovincial Red Seal certified in diesel engines.
He took over a staff of three and operated out of a 4000 sq. ft facility. Since then, the company has grown to 15 employees, occupying a space of 16,500 square feet. The primary business consists of providing machining services for engine components for the diesel and natural gas industries. With the owner’s experience and knowledge in engine rebuilding, he was able to incorporate the quality machining workmanship that customers look for in making their engines last and perform.
